I just ordered. How long will it take?
First, thank you for your order! Shared services will typically take one business day or so to setup and get you mailing. Dedicated services can take up to 3 business days including setting up ip’s, spinning up and configuring servers and domains / emailing accounts. We will contact you almost immediately after the order is processed to discuss exact timelines.
How do I get started?
It’s easy! First, determine the number and type of emails that you want to send and whether you want us to take care of everything or you want to do it yourself. Once you figure this out, simply go to the store and select your plan. We take care of the rest and will get you up and running quickly.
Which is better? Shared or Dedicated?
Dedicated is better if you are mailing large amounts of email because you can have more control over specific delivery options. You don’t really need that when mailing smaller amounts and we pass the cost savings on to you.
